About Course

I’ve designed my Arm Connection series with focus towards building and balancing the upper body muscles and chain that connects the 6 essential arm joints which are the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. After this series, you will have a better understanding on how to connect your arms for stronger and graceful movements. Of course, building strength in the upper body is key factor for pole, but if you also connect your arm alignment while balanced with the rest of your body, this is where you’ll unleash powerful lines, extensions, and grace, and what makes a beautiful artist stands out.
