I love being outside in nature, so I wanted to give you the calm feeling of being outdoors while perfecting your feet. Spending time in nature not only benefits the mind, but it’s a great way to reduce stress and ground the soul. I’ve personally selected my favorite foot and ankle exercises that you can do anytime and anywhere to improve flexibility, mobility, and strength. When doing the stretches in this program, you should feel the stretch in your toes and other parts of your foot, while being mindful not to push or pull too hard or overextend. These stretches work best with bare feet.
